The Myeloma Peer Support Program was created in collaboration with Wellspring, a Canada-wide network of community-based centres that offer programs and services, at no charge and without referral, to anyone, with any type of cancer, at any stage in their journey. Wellspring has extensive experience in creating, managing and executing Peer Support Programs.
How to request Myeloma Peer Support?
If you feel that speaking with a Myeloma Peer Support Volunteer would be helpful, signing up is quick and easy:
- Click here to access or the button below the request form.
- You’ll be directed on the Wellspring website to complete a short form. This will let us know a bit more about you so you can be best matched with the Myeloma Peer Support Volunteer for your situation or needs.
- After you’ve completed the form, you’ll receive a call from Wellspring within 2 to 3 business days to coordinate a time for your Peer Support call or Zoom.
This program is available to anglophones and francophones.
